Packing your artwork
Some of our tips to best pack your artwors: use shipping folders to protect and ship your works.
Remember that within 3 days from receipt of the purchase confirmation, the order must be delivered to the courier for shipment.
Labelling for traceability of shipment: in order to minimize the risk of delays, loss of packages, etc., please note that the delivery address must be as complete as possible and include a telephone number.
-For the Receiver:
- Name and Surname or Company Name.
- Address including street/square, with street number, floor detail (if present).
- Town, hamlet (if any) and postcode.
- Province, Country
- Telephone Number
-For the Sender:
- Name and Surname or Company Name.
- Address including street/square, with street number, floor detail (if present).
- Town, hamlet (if any) and postcode.
- Province, Country
- Telephone Number
Orders are shipped with couriers selected by the seller. LabOldArt does not handle the shipping process.
Products are shipped only upon receipt of payment from the customer.
Shipment to customers is via a courier chosen by the seller. Sellers may use more than one courier and, in such cases, customers may opt for the courier of their choice for delivering the products ordered. Sellers must have entered the predefined couriers when submitting the product to be sold.
The shipping cost is specified in the order detail section.
Alcuni consigli per l’imballo del tuo ordine: utilizza le cartellette per spedizione per proteggere e spedire le tue opere.
Ricordiamo che entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione di acquisto l’ordine deve essere consegnato al corriere per la spedizione.
Etichettatura per la spedizione: Per ridurre al minimo il rischio di giacenze, perdita dei pacchi ecc.., ricordiamo di indicare:
-Per il Destinatario:
- Nome e Cognome o nominativo aziendale destinatario.
- Indirizzo comprensivo di via/piazza, con numero civico, dettaglio piano (se presente).
- Città, frazione (se presente) e CAP.
- Provincia, Nazione
- Numero di telefono
-Per il Mittente:
- Nome e Cognome o nominativo aziendale mittente.
- Indirizzo comprensivo di via/piazza, con numero civico, dettagglio piano (se presente).
- Città, frazione (se presente) e CAP.
- Provincia, Nazione
- Numero di telefono
L’ ordine viene spedito con corriere selezionato dal Venditore. LabOldArt non gestisce la fase di spedizione.
I prodotti verranno spediti solo ad avvenuta ricezione del pagamento da parte del Cliente.
Il venditore utilizzerà un suo corriere per effettuare la spedizione al Cliente. I Venditori possono utilizzare più corrieri, in questi casi, è facoltà del Cliente scegliere il corriere con cui preferisce ricevere il materiale ordinato. Il Venditore avrà provveduto ad inserire i corrieri prestabiliti in fase di inserimento del prodotto da vendere.
Il costo del trasporto viene specificato nel dettaglio dell’ordine.
